Preparation for Confirmation and First Eucharist will take place in June 2012.  There will be Child/Parent Retreat Saturday, June 1st  9:00am to 12:00 pm.  Classes will take place June 4-8 6:00 – 8:00 pm . The Confirmation / First Communion Mass is tentatively set for Saturday, June 9 at 10:00am.   As with all sacrament preparation, it is separate from and in addition to regular Faith Formation. This preparation process prepares children to be confirmed and celebrate their First Communion in the same liturgical celebration. The norm is for children to celebrate these sacraments in the third grade. To begin this preparation process children must have celebrated their First Reconciliation; normally in their second full year of Catholic formation in the second grade or above.
